On-Campus Apartment Sign-up
Every student wishing to live on campus in an on- campus apartment during the 2009-2010 academic year, including current apartment residents must complete the On-Campus Apartment packet.Students can come by the Residence Life Office (Student Union, Suite 2053) to pick up an On-Campus Apartment Sign-up Packet. In order to participate in the sign up process, students must have at least 60 credit hours by the end of the spring semester 2009.
Things to consider before submitting an Apartment sign-up packet:
• Do you want to remain in your same apartment? (Please complete Same Apartment Reservation Form. The point system does not apply.)
• Have you fully completed the Residence Life application? (Each person must fill out a separate application.
• What apartment type would you like to live in? Be sure to rank on application.
o Collegiate Park (2 bedroom/1bath, 2 bedroom/2 bath, 4 bedroom/2 bath, 4 bedroom townhouse)
o New Apartments (3 bedroom/1 bath, 2 bedroom/1 bath, 4 bedroom/2 bath)
• Who do you want as a roommate(s)? (There must be enough people to fully occupy the apartment.)
• Do all applicants have 60 earned hours?
• Have you selected a roommate “captain” to represent the group throughout the signup process? • Does your scholarship (athletics, etc.) require a meal plan?
• Determine who you want as roommate
