New Student Apartment Complex
The Department of Residence Life will open an apartment complex fall 2009 at the corner of Johnson Street and University Loop East. In efforts to provide more apartment style living options for upper-class students, Arkansas State University and Residence Life hired WD & D Architects and Treanor Architects to design an apartment facility to complement Collegiate Park Apartments. This facility will offer 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units that are fully furnished. The facility will also offer a commons building with laundry services and activity space.
Students must have 60 credit hours to be eligible to live in this new facility. Apartments will be rented out by individual bedrooms.
