Summer Contract

All students interested in summer housing must complete a summer housing application and submit a $50 pre-payment to the Residence Life Office.  Students currently living in Collegiate Park or Northpark Quads Building 1 will be emailed a contract extension and will be exempt from submitting a summer housing application and $50 prepayment.. 

 Students who do not currently live on campus:

Summer school housing will be in Northpark Quads building 1.  You are required to enroll in 3 hours per summer term.  Assignments will be made mid-April and will be emailed to you.  To finalize the reservation, you must complete the on-line contract.

 Students currently living on campus in Arkansas, Kays, University, and Northpark Quads Building 2-5:

Students who currently live in Arkansas, Kays, University, and Northpark Quads building 2-5, will be housed in Northpark Quads building 1.  Assignments will be made mid-April and will be emailed to you.  To finalize the reservation, you must complete the on-line contract.  You will be charged summer housing rates per summer term:  Northpark Quads - $425, Collegiate Park 2 bedroom/2 bath - $630, Collegiate Park 2 bedroom/1 bath - $577.50, Collegiate Park 4 bedroom townhouse - $547.50, Collegiate Park 4 bedroom/2 bath - $533.33.

Student currently living on campus in Collegiate Park and Northpark Quads building 1: 

Students living in Collegiate Park and Northpark Quads building 1 can extend their housing contract to the summer; however you must have a fall housing assignment.  You can click on the link to the left and complete the requested information to finalize your summer assignment.
