Houses

Students may opt for one of the 50 two-bedroom houses located between Arkansas Hall and the University Police Department.  The houses are furnished with a refrigerator, stove, ceiling fans, and washer/dryer hook-ups.  The houses have central heat but do not have air conditioning; residents may purchase a window air conditioning unit.  A single automobile carport is attached to each house.  Rent includes local phone service, cable television, wireless internet access, and utilities.

Apartments

The University offers a new apartment complex.  The 191 unfurnished apartments are available in the following configurations: one, two, or three bedrooms.  All apartments include a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and private porch.  Rent includes local phone service, cable television, high speed and wireless internet access, and utilities.  Apartments have central heat and air, dishwashers, trash disposals, and ceiling fans.  All three-bedroom and many of the two-bedroom apartments are equipped with washer and dryer connections.  For more information click here.
